It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Doha British School, Ain Khaled website.

At DBS Ain Khaled, every student is prepared for life in our global community while maintaining a strong set of values based on their cultural heritage. The student body is made up of over 90 different nationalities and we are very proud to provide a rigorous international English curriculum. Our high standards are supported by a variety of programs and teaching strategies that ensure we identify and address the learning needs of each and every child in an international community of learners which enables students to thrive.

Established in 1997, DBS Ain Khaled has grown over the past 26 years to be one of the leading schools in Doha, serving over 1800 students, ranging from Early Years (3 years old) to studying for IGCSEs in Year 11, AS-Levels in Year 12, A-Levels in Year 13, BTEC courses and the IB Diploma course. The school provides the facilities and space to enable our continued growth within a beautiful learning environment.

Our commitment and experience with the English National Curriculum is evident from the success of our students. DBS Ain Khaled students go on to study at universities locally and all around the world, as well as being supported by our local link for higher education at CUC Ulster University, here in Qatar.

Our teachers are specially trained educators who want to work at a school known for its academic excellence and emphasis on professional development. At DBS Ain Khaled, your child will receive a rigorous education, based on international best teaching practices, provided by highly motivated and qualified teaching professionals.

It is my privilege to be the Head of Secondary at Doha British School, Ain Khaled. At DBS Ain Khaled our students always come first.
